Management Team

	Sean Giblin Managing Director Sean Giblin founded Cylon Controls Ltd. in 1985 when he spun the company out from research at University College Dublin (UCD). Along with day to day management of the company Sean has had critical input into each generation of Cylon products. He also has spearheaded the expansion of Cylon into new markets internationally. Sean holds a MSc in Civil Engineering from TCD, BE from UCD along with CdipAF from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has completed advanced management programs with the Irish Management Institute and Cranfield University.
	Eugene Grehan Operations Director Eugene Grehan is responsible for operations, development, test and quality. This includes supply chain management from procurement to delivery to the customer. He has over 25 years experience of leadership roles in the electronics manufacturing industry with Viking Components, Aritech, Delaire Power Supplies and Waltham Electronics. Eugene holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, a BSc in IT from Dublin City University and FTC from Dublin Institute of Technology.
	Eamon Meehan Finance Director Eamon Meehan is responsible for financial management and corporate development. Prior to Cylon, he held senior financial and general management positions with Avaya Inc., Spectel plc and IBM. Earlier in his career, Eamon spent 7 years in the audit and consulting divisions of Arthur Andersen. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and DPA from University College Dublin and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
	Brendan Farley Chief Technology Officer Brendan Farley is responsible for directing Research and Development activities at Cylon. Before joining the company, Brendan held various R&D management roles at Philips Research subsidiary, S3 Group, and high technology start-up, Redmere Technology. He was Research Committee Chairman of the Irish Microelectronics Design Association (MIDAS). Brendan holds a BSc (Electronic Engineering) from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc (Technology Management) from National University of Ireland, Galway
	Niall Mc Gowan Materials Manager Niall McGowan is responsible for all products bought or manufactured on behalf of Cylon Controls. He brings 20 years experience in the electronics market to the development of long-term relationships with vendors and sub-contractors. With the help of his team he delivers the highest quality products at the right cost to our customers. Niall Holds a diploma from the IIPMM and has completed an advanced management training program in the IMI.
